Scientists achieve pancreatic tumour regression in breakthrough study
A new study by researchers in Spain found that triple therapy eliminates pancreatic tumours in mice
Pancreatic cancer is one of the most aggressive tumours with the worst prognosis, partly because of the rapid emergence of resistance to treatment. But a new study from the Spanish National Cancer Research Centre (CNIO) reveals that it is possible to eliminate pancreatic tumours in mice and prevent them from recurring using triple combination therapy.
"These studies open a way to design new combination therapies that can improve the survival of patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma," the authors said in a statement. "These results set the direction for the development of new clinical trials, it added.
The results, published in the scientific journal 'PNAS', show that simultaneously targeting three key points of the KRAS oncogene molecular pathway achieves long-lasting tumour regression. In Spain, more than 10,300 cases of this type of cancer are diagnosed each year, with a five-year survival rate of less than 10 percent.
The key to the breakthrough lies in avoiding the resistance that appears when the oncogene is blocked at a single point. The CNIO team combined an experimental KRAS inhibitor, a drug already approved for lung cancer, with a protein degrader, resulting in tumours disappearing without significant side effects in three different animal models.
Although the result could be a milestone in the fight against cancer, the study authors issued caution.
"We are not yet in a position to carry out clinical trials with triple therapy. The authors themselves warn that optimising this combination for patients will be a complex process, although they are confident that the finding will set the course for future trials," they said.

Staying focused in a Chaotic World

If you haven’t shot your TV by now, and you still wander through the dozens of social media platforms, no doubt, you’re feeling just how chaotic the world seems to be.
Whether it’s debates around ICE and immigration, corruption within government and business, or questions about the FBI, CIA, and other three-letter agencies—information is coming at us from all directions. Add fake news and AI-generated videos to the mix, and it’s no wonder many people are left feeling raw, overwhelmed, and asking: What can I even believe anymore?
That’s a tough question!
Start by evaluating the source and evidence behind any claim. Use critical thinking and claim testing to assess whether information is trustworthy, logical, and supported by reliable evidence. As highlighted by the News Literacy Project, this involves questioning the credibility of sources and recognizing biases.
There are some who used deception to confuse the public - to hide their agendas and actions:
A quote often attributed to CIA Director William J. Casey — "We'll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false"
Nazi leaders relied heavily on propaganda and euphemistic language to conceal the “Final Solution”—a program of mass murder they knew the public would not openly accept.
Abraham Lincoln cautioned against mass deception: "You may deceive all the people part of the time, and part of the people all the time, but not all the people all the time."
Sun Tzu framed deception as a strategic necessity: His core principle advises "Appear weak when you are strong, and strong when you are weak." This tactic involves manipulating an opponent's perception to gain a strategic advantage.
While deception has long been used as a strategic tool in war and politics, navigating today’s information battlefield also requires inner discernment.
So, how do you stay grounded and learn to differentiate the signal from the noise?
When it comes to personal or spiritual beliefs, self-reflection and personal experience are key. As emphasized in Christian perspectives, you must engage directly with Scripture, pray, and seek a personal relationship with God. True belief is not just intellectual agreement but is reflected in actions and habits—as philosopher Charles Sanders Peirce noted, beliefs are demonstrated through behavior.
Additionally, when hearing a person that you are unsure of, consider their track record and logic. The most trustworthy people are those who both practice what they preach and can clearly explain why. Look for those with "skin in the game"—real consequences for being wrong.
Ultimately, test your beliefs. Ask: Does this belief hold up under scrutiny? Does it guide consistent action? Does it align with truth and integrity? As the quote from Cups to Crowns says: "Tasting is something nobody can do for you." You must personally engage with truth to know it.
Consider how the information makes you feel. In many cases, when the information leaves a “bad taste” in your mouth (symbolically speaking), a part of you already recognizes that something is wrong with the information, at least in part. Look to other sources to confirm the information. If it seems meant to steer you mind in a specific direction, it could be a case of predictive programming; information or imagery designed to normalize an outcome before it occurs, so people unconsciously accept or reinforce it.
There may be a rapid increase in information that will be shocking, and unpleasant. There has been talk over the years of a possible Emergency Broadcast System (EBS) – A series of videos, photos and information of crimes, who committed them, and the result of legal actions. You may learn of terrible things people in trusted positions have done. And when truth is revealed, it will shake many world views and believe systems.
But sometimes a good shake up is beneficial, as all at the top of the tree that no longer serves will fall away. This makes space for new ideas and leaders to bloom.
Staying focused in chaotic times is a skill—one that can be practiced and strengthened. Think of it as becoming a mindful Jedi… by mastering your attention and energy through deliberate strategies.
Start with awareness, which is as simple as pausing, taking a few deep breaths, and observing your thoughts and emotions in the moment.

* Observe without judgement from a higher Perspective… what we call the 50,000-foot view.

When you find your mind running on the hamster wheel of negative thoughts, redirect your attention to something positive to reset your focus. This mental practice builds resilience and keeps your attention stable, even during moments of high stress.
Take control of what you can—limit exposure to chaos-inducing inputs like endless news or social media. Schedule regular breaks to stretch or walk, practice gratitude, and maintain routines to preserve your energy.
Meditate – A daily practice, even if only for a few minutes a couple times a day, has many benefits. It lowers blood pressure, gets your heart into more stable rhythm, and increases your ability to handle stress and more. Focus on those things, people and places that you are grateful for, including your life and all the lessons you experience daily. Recognize that your mind naturally wanders; and the key is not to suppress it, but to notice when it drifts, and gently redirect it.
Get Grounded – Walk in Nature, bare feet in the sand, on the ground. Spend time near water—lakes, oceans, rivers, even fountains. Natural environments like these are rich in negative ions, which many people find calming and restorative, and which have been associated with improved mood and well-being. Let us start by looking at why Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney got a standing ovation at Davos while US Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick got booed. We will get into this more below but basically Carney said the middle powers were sick of US bullying while Lutnick said “America first.” This was a Western revolt against the US CORPORATION not the American people.
More importantly it was a general revolt against the Assyrian Satan worshipping cult led by Rockefeller and Hitler families. The Rockefellers have been hiding behind hired hands like BlackRock CEO Larry Fink or else by using fake names like Clinton, Obama, Podesta, Hanks, Zuckerberg etc.
The Rockefellers have been suppressing technology and systematically murdering us for over a century.
Before they took over Western medicine, for example, cancer did not exist. Now it affects one out every two of us. What happened to Scott Adams of Dilbert fame is typical of the sort of mass murder they have been carrying out. First a poison is administered that causes cancer. Cancer causing substances have been deliberately added to our food, our cosmetics, vaccines etc. When someone gets cancer then they are subjected to slow killing radiation “therapy.” Finally, as the sick people run out of money, they are conned into handing over the last of their savings for “an experimental drug” that never works. Then they die.
Cancer has a problem.

Furthermore, reports are emerging that major banks are blocking wire transfers into gold and silver dealers — citing “fraud concerns.” The problem is these are blanket restrictions, not case-by-case reviews. People are trying to move their own money into physical assets — and being told no.

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey told a press briefing after 37 year old US citizen Renee Good’s death that Trump officials’ account of what happened, which put the blame on Good, was “bullshit.” He added, “To ICE, get the fuck out of Minneapolis,” and he followed that up with a New York Times op-ed headlined, “Trump Is Lying to You.”

9. He established the country’s first National Support Centre for Artisanal Cotton Processing to help small-scale cotton farmers.

11. Supported agriculture by providing farmers and rural communities with over 400 tractors, 239 tillers, 710 motor pumps and 714 motorcycles.
12. He provided improved seeds and necessary agricultural inputs to increase crop yields.

Federal Government Spending $20,474 Per Person, 98 Times More than in 1916
According to Congressional Budget Office estimates, the federal government spent a record $7.035 trillion in fiscal year 2025, or $20,474.19 per person living in the country.
Median household income in 2024 was $83,730. That means for an average four-person household, the federal government spent $81,896.76, nearly the same amount that family would have earned in pre-tax income.
For comparison, the average annual mortgage payment for a house was under $28,000 last year. The Department of Agriculture recommends spending $12,000 to $20,000 annually on groceries for a family of four. Both of those basic needs are eclipsed by federal spending on our example household.
A year at the University of Florida goes for $19,760 in tuition, fees, books, supplies and living expenses. Adding that to the tab would still keep this family’s expenditures below what Washington, DC supposedly invested in them.
Background
Things used to be much different. In 1916, the federal government spent a mere $208.36 per person in today’s dollars. Since then, the trend line has gone upward almost uninterrupted.
Since WWI, there are only a handful of inflection points in modern history when federal spending dipped significantly; each spending retreat followed a massive, disruptive spike.
World War II: At the height of the war, federal outlays reached $12,679.94 per person in 1944 and $12,627.75 in 1945. The war cost the United States roughly $4 trillion (adjusted for inflation) as defense spending skyrocketed as a portion of the total federal budget, Americans bought War Bonds, and Washington made loans to allied nations.
In fiscal year 1946, per capita spending tumbled back to $6,568.66, but once again continued its steady climb upward over the decades.
Mortgage Crisis: As the subprime mortgage crisis threatened the American financial and insurance sectors, lawmakers sought to right the ship with multiple costly measures causing another huge spike in spending. The Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 was signed into law by President George W. Bush and established the Troubled Assets Relief Program (TARP) to purchase toxic assets on bank balance sheets, many of them complex financial instruments reliant on blocs of risky mortgages. TARP was authorized to spend $700 billion. The following year, President Barack Obama signed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), a major spending bill meant to stimulate the economy at a cost of over $800 billion.
This coincided with a hike in per capita spending from fiscal year 2008 ($14,797.69) to 2009 ($17,346.91).
By 2014, spending had made a soft landing back at $15,087 per person before resuming its steady rise.
COVID: Real spending continued to outpace population growth and reached new heights during the pandemic.
Fiscal year 2019 saw Washington spend $17,207.20 per person, but the 2020 figure exploded to $24,808.23. Fiscal year 2021 was little better at $24,628.26.
Per capita spending never fully retreated, settling to $20,890 in fiscal year 2022.
Today, spending in excess of $20,000 per person appears to be the new norm.
Spending Per Capita Today
Aside from the pandemic, spending per person in fiscal year 2025 was higher than any other time in U.S. history. Fiscal years begin in October, so the most recent year included almost four months under President Joe Biden and more than eight months under President Donald Trump. The spending rate was slightly higher under Trump.
Most of the increased spending came from Social Security, which has more beneficiaries than in 2024 and increased payments to adjust for the cost of living. Medicare and Medicaid also face increased health care costs.
To date, Trump’s tariffs and budget cuts have done little to improve the government’s bottom line. Tariffs brought in roughly $120 billion as of September (while increasing consumer prices), and spending decreased at agencies such as the Department of Education, Small Business Administration and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
However, the savings were offset by decreased corporate income tax revenue and increased spending at the Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs. The federal deficit for fiscal year 2025 was $1.8 trillion, roughly the same as 2024.
The government was forced to borrow money to cover the difference, including $572.8 billion in July 2025 alone. That’s the most borrowing in a single month ever, aside from the early months of the pandemic.
Much of the spending growth is now predestined as Americans are forced to service an extraordinary national debt. But taxpayers should also scrutinize all aspects of federal spending. Has quality of life, affordability, or innovation improved along with per capita spending? Aside from interest, what else is the government buying that it wasn’t before, back when we were building ourselves into a global superpower?
Open the Books will spend 2026 continuing to expose waste, fraud and abuse wherever it exists and pushing for real-time transparency for taxpayers. Put simply, they deserve more bang for their buck, along with the accountability tools to make it happen.

Sananda: Let go and Trust the Universe
I am Sananda,
And I come to be with you at this time, to continue to remind you just as in your earlier discussion Today. To let go, letting go is so important in these times.
Letting go is everything in these times. Letting go of attachments. Letting go of things that hold you back.
Letting go of fears. Letting go of everything that you have grown to learn throughout this illusion, anything associated with the illusion, to let go of.
We know it is not an easy thing to do, to overcome all of the programming. It has been drilled into you, lifetime after lifetime after lifetime. And certainly in this lifetime as well, but at a certain point in this lifetime you all began to wake up.
To wake up to the possibilities, to wake up to your own creative ability and power within you. Just as I as Yeshua told those of my disciples, those that followed me, to carry nothing with them, other than what they can hold on their back. No possessions, letting go of all and following me. Following me to destinations that they did not even know we were moving to. They had no idea what was ahead. But they persevered. They let go enough to trust, to believe. To believe in the possibilities, the potential and everything would be taken care of. The universe would provide and provide it did.
For any town that we came to, there we had sustenance, there we had a place to stay. Most of the time with friends, other times with new acquaintances. But always we were cared for, because we let go.
So it is very important for all of you now in these times that you are in, these times of stress, these times of travail and these times that often lead to depression. It’s time for you to let go of all of that. And know that everything is exactly as it needs to be in this moment right now.
The more you come to understand and believe that, the more you will find that each and every moment moving forward will take you into that glorious future you have all envisioned.
It is there. It is coming. It is promised. In order to achieve that as an individual, you need to let go. To let go of all of the preconceived notions, all of the old programming. Let the universe provide.. Whenever you are in doubt of any kind, ask, ask for help, “ask and you shall receive”. “Seek and ye shall find”, and “knock and it shall be opened unto you”. All heard these words before. But hearing them and trusting them are two different things.
Learn to trust. Trust in yourself first. Then begin to trust in others, and the universe to provide. For it is always there. We are always there to asist when called upon. Let go my friends. Let go.
You will find in that letting go process, that everything you have dreamed about will come to fruition.
